System On Display At Verticon 2025

Hartzell Propeller announced that its Tanis Helicopter Preheat System for the Airbus H135 helicopter has received FAA STC approval in the U.S. and In Europe. The STC covers the EC135T1/T2/T2+/T3, and EC635T2+ helicopter models.

Hartzell said that its Tanis helicopter preheat systems will be on display in Booth #3812 at Verticon 2025 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center in Dallas, Texas, which runs from March 10-13, 2025.

The STC approvals cover two versions:

• TA3391-1 — Preconditioning Kit for Airbus H135, 115 voltage (USA)
• TA3391-2 — Preconditioning Kit for Airbus H125, 230 voltage (Europe)

The company already offers Tanis preheat systems for numerous piston and turbine powered airplanes and helicopters. It also has avionics and cabin preheaters replacement parts and accessories.

Hartzell recommends using continuous preheat systems when ambient temperature is below 50^o F or 10^o C.
