Upgraded: Cirrus Design's Kate Dougherty

One of the real joys of working in in the aviation business are some of the truly exceptional folks that make this industry so much fun to work in. Among our favorites is Cirrus Design's irrepressible Kate Dougherty.

Kate has been promoted to Director, Public Relations. Cirrus’ global growth has resulted in a significant volume increase in public relations activities. Cirrus is therefore contracting with external sources to meet this demand. Kate will be responsible for direct oversight of all Cirrus public relations activities, including these external sources.

Kate joined the Cirrus team in July 1998 and was promoted to Manager in 1999 and has served in that capacity through the years overseeing CD's reception, communications, sales administration, and public relations activities.

Cirrus notes that, "Kate has been recognized for her positive attitude, excellent community relations skills, product and corporate knowledge, and has been commended by the media and many customers and guests alike. Her enthusiasm for Cirrus and success in dealing with all external parties will continue to benefit the organization through our future growth."
