Phillips 66 Aviation Announces Shift In Executive Leadership

Lindsey Grant Appointed Manager, General Aviation, U.S.

Phillips 66 Aviation has announced a few changes within its General Aviation team. Those changes include the appointment of Lindsey Grant, Manager, General Aviation, U.S., and Eric McMurphy, Director of Sales, General Aviation, U.S. Grant will replace R.G. (Greg) Still, who will become Manager, Sales Optimization, Branded Sales, U.S. Sales.

Grant joined the Conoco organization in the U.K. in 1996 (which later became ConocoPhillips and now Phillips 66). For the past 20 years, she has served in positions of increasing responsibility, including Gasoline Trader and National Sales Manager for the U.K. and Ireland. After relocating to Houston, she served as Manager, Strategic Planning. In this role, she led various initiatives for U.S. Marketing, such as regional strategy development, market placement plans, channel mix optimization and renewables strategies as well as the strategy currently in place for the General Aviation team.

A 27-year veteran with Phillips 66, McMurphy brings a diverse background to the aviation organization as well. McMurphy has served in several analytical, supervisory, director and managerial roles in terminals, lubes, retail marketing, finance and wholesale marketing. His previous two positions included Sales Manager of the Rockies and Gulf Coast in Branded Fuels. Most recently he served as Manager of Payment Systems covering credit card processing and strategic payment projects for all Branded and Aviation fuel locations.

"I'm pleased to welcome Lindsey and Eric to the General Aviation team," said Randy Fralix, General Manager, U.S. Sales, Global Marketing. "They both bring with them an abundance of know-how and institutional knowledge, with a combined 50-year tenure at Conoco/Phillips 66."

Grant and McMurphy will office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Grant will report to Fralix, and McMurphy will report to Grant.
