GAMA Lauds FAA's Business Focus And Leadership Team

The General Aviation Manufacturers Association has applauded Tuesday’s announcement by SecTrans Norman Mineta regarding the FAA's plan for its new Air Traffic Organization (ATO) to become more performance based.

"Today’s action brings to fruition the primary recommendations of the National Civil Aviation Review Commission chaired by Secretary Mineta. The FAA has put together an outstanding leadership team and we look forward to working with them as they move towards achieving their goals," said GAMA President and CEO Ed Bolen.

GAMA is a trade association headquartered in Washington, DC representing approximately 50 manufacturers of general aviation aircraft, engines, avionics and related equipment worldwide. GAMA's members also operate fleets of aircraft, fixed based operations at many airports, and pilot training and maintenance training facilities.
