PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 2159.8N/15929.9W AND THE LIHUE /LIH/ VOR/DME 267 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8.32 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 1500 FT AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR RESCUE OPERATIONS. HONOLULU FSDO, CURTIS WHALEY, PHONE 808-625-4662, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. HONOLULU CONTROL FACILITY /HCF/ PHONE 808-840-6201, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
