Requirement: Perform a fluorescent dye-penetrant inspection to detect cracks at the grooved area of the left hand and right hand bucket assembly tubes of the pilot and co-pilot seats, in accordance with Pilatus PC-12 Service Bulletin No. 25-031, dated 21 July 2004, or later revision approved by FOCA. Background: A report was received of the failure of a crew seat’s bucket assembly tubes, which was detected during a maintenance inspection.
