PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR MAJOR POWER PLANT EXPLOSION ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF JACKSONSVILLE /JAX/ APCH ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 302545N/0813517W OR THE CRAIG /CRG/ VORTAC 326 DEGREE RADIAL AT 6.7 NAUTICAL MILES. JACKSONVILLE /JAX/ APCH TELEPHONE 904-741-0767 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. JACKSONVILLE /ZJX/ ARTCC, 904-549-1537, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
