FDC 4/1171 ZAB AZ.. FLIGHT RESTRICTION, NE OF PHOENIX,AZ. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 334414N/1115522W AND THE PHOENIX (PXR) VORTAC 355 DEGREE RADIAL AT 018.4 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3,000 FEET AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR A AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT. THE APACHE JUNCTION POLICE DEPT, CECILIA PHONE 480-982-8260, IS IN CHARGE ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. THE PRESCOTT /PRC/ AFSS, PHONE 928-778- 7810, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
