EDMO Appoints New VP Of Sales & Marketing

Will Also Lead Efforts In Business Development, Vendor Relationships

EDMO Distributors has appointed Michael Schmidt as their vice president of sales and marketing; he will also take the lead in vendor relationship management and business development.

“Mike has developed relationships in our industry that will benefit EDMO’s direction and vision in the coming years,” says Tim Gump, President of EDMO Distributors. “We’re excited to have him back as a driving force to lead our sales and marketing teams.”

Schmidt began his career in the aviation industry with EDMO in the early 2000s as a regional sales manager and was later promoted to director of sales. Since his time at EDMO, Schmidt continued to broaden his experience in sales and marketing with leading aviation industry product manufacturers.

“EDMO is unrivaled in its ability to provide value for its vendors and world-class service to its dealer network,” Schmidt says. “I’m thrilled to join EDMO’s high-performance team and look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success.”
