Adventure Pilot Names New Pilot Advisory Board

Ten-Member Panel Will Work On The Development Of iFly GPS And Future Applications

Adventure Pilot has created a 10 member Pilot Advisory Board (“PAB”) to help with the development of iFly GPS and future aviation applications. The advisory board is comprised of pilots of all levels of experience ranging from newly minted Private Pilots to 20,000+ hour ATPs. The common denominator was a passion for flying and a desire to advance technology solutions in the cockpit.

These pilots bring a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience using Electronic Fight Bag applications in a variety of aircraft. "We have always listened to the market and our customers with virtually every iFly GPS feature traceable to market or customer demand," said Walter Boyd, Adventure Pilot President. "The new PAB will take this to the next level by giving us direct, interactive feedback on future features and products. We’re excited to be working with such a great team.”

"We have already used our Board to help design and test new features that will be incorporated into iFly GPS over the coming months," said Dave St. Clair, vice president of business development.

Adventure Pilot expects creative solutions to emerge from the team that advance the iFly GPS state-of-the-art flight planning and navigation solution while keeping the technology simple and reducing pilot workload.
