OxfordSaudia To Receive New Simulators

Flight Academy Buys DA40, 42-VI Full-Flight Sims

OxfordSaudia Flight Academy is set to receive 2 Level 5 Flight Simulation Training Devices from Diamon Aircraft Austria.

Configured as a DA40 NG and DA 42-VI aircraft, the devices will be installed at the school's training center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The units will contain authentic factory Diamond aircraft parts, with real avionics, high-end visual rendering, and OEM flight dynamics true to real life performance. Suitable for basic and advanced instrument, navigation, and procedural training, they are ideal for instruction, check flights, screening, and proficiency building much more affordably than live air time. 

For students, learning the avionics while implementing their initial instrument training often causes issues when learning a system differing from the real aircraft. Off-brand sims, imitations, and web applications often fall far short of realistic, holistic flight sensation, resulting in a lack of motivation and sobriety in training. Diamond's training devices alleviate such concerns, with the most realistic flight experience possible. Genuine G1000 NXi's, standby instruments, and switchgear lifted directly from the Diamond fleet. To date, they are the only training device fully modeled on the Diamond aircraft, with proprietary, accurate Diamond data for optimal accuracy.
