in August 2001 regarding the suspicious behavior of Zacarias
Moussaoui, a student at the time. The US State Department recently
rewarded a third Pan Am flight instructor, Clarence (Clancy)
Prevost, $5 million for tipping off the FBI to Moussaoui's actions,
one month before the 9/11 attacks.
