ZAN AK.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS 35 SE OF FAIRBANKS, ALASKA EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 30 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF FAIRBANKS /FAI/ VORTAC 150 DEGREE RADIAL AT 35 NAUTICAL MILES (EXCLUDING THE AREA NORTH OF 6430 NORTH) AT AND BELOW 1200 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS. THE 11 RCC LT COL KATINSZKY, PHONE 1-800-420-7230, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE RESPONSE ACTIVITIES, FAIRBANKS AFSS /FAI/, PHONE 907-474-0788, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
