Duncan Aviation Promotes Ted Roethlisberger

Named New Assistant Manager Of Customer Service In Battle Creek

Ted Roethlisberger has accepted the position of Assistant Manager of Customer Service at Duncan Aviation's Battle Creek, Michigan, facility.

“Through his recent work as a Project Manager, Ted has shown that he has the skills and temperament necessary to help our team continue to grow and improve,” says Manager of Customer Service Luke Swager. “Ted has been willing to take the time necessary to build relationships and educate fellow team members. Combined with his successes in previous roles at Duncan Aviation, we know this will be a great role for Ted, our business, and our customers.”

Roethlisberger joined Duncan Aviation in 2008 as the Manager of Business Process and Continuous Improvement. Last year, he transitioned to the role of Project Manager.

“In my 10 years at Duncan Aviation, I have been afforded the opportunity to be a part of many different areas of our business, and the one constant is the desire of our team members to provide our customers with the best service and experience possible,” says Roethlisberger. “I am really looking forward to working with all of our customers and team members as we strive to provide an experience that keeps everyone engaged and excited.”

He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 15 years, and they have three children: Anna (13), JT (10) and Samantha (4). As a lifelong Detroit Lions’ fan, he enjoys discussing how they will finally be good again next year. When not dreaming about future football glory for the Lions, Roethlisberger enjoys downhill skiing and boating with his family.
