Atlantic Aviation Acquires ExecuJet Sint Maarten

Expands Caribbean And International Footprint At Princess Juliana Int’l

Atlantic Aviation announced the acquisition of ExecuJet’s FBO operation at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) in Sint Maarten. The acquisition expands Atlantic’s Caribbean presence and its international network, and occurs at the same time ExecuJet has relocated to a new state-of-the-art general aviation facility.

The new Atlantic Aviation location promises to do well as Sint Maarten is entering its peak travel season, and will continue operating under the ExecuJet name as it blends their European and global brand with Atlantic’s established North American and Caribbean presence. The current team will remain in place to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.

This latest location for Atlantic offers a full-service range of ground support services including fueling, parking and landing permits, water and lav services, and GPUs. The facility also provides concierge services that include passenger handling and coordination, customs and immigration clearance, catering, and transportation arrangements.

Jeff Foland, Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Aviation. “Providing our customers with an expanded international footprint while strengthening our Caribbean network are important goals for us. Our prestigious, new Sint Maarten location allows us to accomplish both –providing customers in the region with seamless access to Atlantic’s industry-leading service and hospitality.”

Bobby Femia, Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Atlantic Aviation said, “We’re excited about this acquisition for a multitude of reasons – beginning with Princess Juliana International Airport’s role as critical aviation infrastructure for the region and as the primary gateway to marquee destinations such as St. Barts.

“ExecuJet’s first-class operation at SXM, their market leading presence, and their brand-new facilities on the island further elevate this opportunity. Together, these attributes create a strong complement to our existing Caribbean operations and our expanding international footprint.”
