GAMA Third Quarter 2025 Aircraft Shipments, Billings

Both Indicators Improved Over 2024

The General Aviation Manufacturers Association issued the Third Quarter 2025 General Aviation Aircraft Shipping and Billing Report, covering results worldwide, and the result for the first nine months of 2025, when compared to the same period last year, show increased shipments in the business jet sector as well as an increase in the overall value of aircraft shipments.

Aircraft shipments through Q3 2025 show that piston airplanes increased by five to 1,238 units, turboprops decreased to 409 units, and bizjets increased to 554 units. The total value of airplane deliveries and billings was $19.4 billion, an increase of 13.2%.

Helicopter shipments through Q3 2025 show piston helicopters decreased by six to 149 units and turbine helicopters decreased to 463 units. The total value of helicopter deliveries and billings was $3.1 billion, an increase of 16.0%.

Total Helicopter Billings:         ($2.7B)   $3.1, +16.0%
