"We have restored the second controller on the weekend overnight shift."

Source: FAA spokeswoman Laura Brown, on the agency's decision Monday to bring on a second controller during weekend overnight hours at Bluegrass Airport, following Sunday's crash of Comair Flight 5191. Only one controller was on duty when the CRJ-100 went off runway 26, leading many to speculate a second pair of eyes may have caught the plane as it lined up on the incorrect runway.
