PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY: 670600N/1505300W OR THE BETTLES /BTT/ VOR/DME 26 DEGREE RADIAL AT 19.3 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 671230N/1500730W OR THE BETTLES /BTT/ VOR/DME 33 DEGREE RADIAL AT 33.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 671230N/1492700W OR THE BETTLES /BTT/ VOR/DME 41 DEGREE RADIAL AT 45.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 665800N/1494500W OR THE BETTLES /BTT/ VOR/DME 58 DEGREE RADIAL AT 42.3 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 665800N/1505300W OR THE BETTLES /BTT/ VOR/DME 49 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 6500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRON- MENT FOR FIREFIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
