A press release stated that Dr. Saxena is known for his strategic vision and operational effectiveness, and is reported to be a twenty-five year veteran of the aerospace industry. A recently released video shows the pilot of a Druine D31 ‘Turbulent’ open-cockpit airplane being rescued by spectators attending the Herne Bay Air Show in Kent, England after the plane went down in shallow water at the beach and flipped over onto its back. The accident, which the Turbulent Team described as a controlled ditching, occurred last Sunday. Home to Europe's premier horse racing event, Ascot hosted the Red Bull Air Race for the third consecutive year last weekend, August 13-14.
