FDC 4/4261 ZAN AK.. FLIGHT RESTRICTION 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GULKANA, ALASKA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO CFR 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF GULKANA /GKN/ VORTAC 215 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 5100 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING ACFT OPERATIONS. ALASKA STATE DIVISION OF FORESTRY, TIM MATTOON, 907-822-5534 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. AIRCRAFT WILL BE OPERATING ON FREQ 132.45. KENAI AFSS /ENA/ 907-283-3735 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
