Passenger Bill Of Rights Legislation Takes Off
Today, ANN's Paul Plack talks with Kate Hanni of the Coalition
for an Airline Passengers Bill of Rights. Kate's gone from being a
stranded passenger, to having her issue taken up by the US Senate,
in just 4 1/2 months.
