Source: Collin Corey, Head of Regulatory Licensing at Inversion, commenting as Inversion announced it has received a Part 450 Reentry License from the FAA Commercial Space Transportation division (FAA-AST) for its Ray reentry vehicle. That makes Inversion just the second company to gain such licensure under Part 450.
