PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR BLASTING (AVALANCHE CONTROL) ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF UT DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW FL180 WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 402028N/1113600W OR THE FAIRFIELD /FFU/ VORTAC 060 DEGREE RADIAL AT 16.1 NAUTICAL MILES UT DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION TELEPHONE 801-376-5290 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. SALT LAKE /ZLC/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 801-320-2560 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
