ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MINING COMPANY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 4500 MSL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 473101N/931602W AND THE HIB VOR/DME 291 DEGREE RADIAL AT 019 NAUTICAL MILES.
