Flight Sim Association Releases Details For Expo

Discounts Available For Flights and Hotels

The Flight Simulation Association (FSA) just published new travel deals for their 2025 FlightSimExpo. Discounts on flights and hotels have been made available, with attendee registration opening in mid December.

FlightSimExpo 2025 will be taking place from June 27 to 29 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence. This is one of the largest simulator-focused events, having welcomed over 7,500 guests in the last 6 years. Their 2024 event, hosted in Las Vegas, had more than 2,400 attendees stop by.

“In Houston and Las Vegas, attendees enjoyed access to air traffic control towers, behind the scenes airport tours, aerial dogfights, museum visits, and more,” explained Flight Simulation Association Co-Founder Phil Coyle. “We’re working on these options now and look forward to providing more details on aviation-themed and destination-focused Activities in early 2025.”

The 2025 event begins with a day packed full of product updates and announcements from prominent flight sim developers. They are also hosting a welcome reception for general visitors and a separate banquet for FSA Captains.

On Saturday and Sunday, attendees may take part in interactive demonstrations or listen to educational seminars from community speakers. This will take place in the over 85,000 square foot exhibition space.

Days surrounding the event have add-on activity options. These include a visit to Newport, control tower tours, escape rooms, planespotting, and others.

The FSA’s travel discount information is built around several nearby hotels. They recommend guests stay at the Omni Providence Hotel, which is connected directly to the Rhode Island Convention Center. It is available to FlightSimExpo attendees for a rate of $199 per night. The FSA has also secured deals with Marriott and Hilton, along with Delta, United, Air Canada, and WestJet.

“We are super excited to bring FlightSimExpo to the Northeast,” added FSA Co-Founder Evan Reiter.

Registration for the expo is set to open on December 14, with a three-day visit starting at $50.
