SUN ‘n FUN Educational Forums Presenter Registration Open

Forums Provide An Array Of Topics From AI Aviation Instructors To Zenith STOL Aircraft

The 2025 SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo will be held April 1-6, and registration for Educational Forum presenters is now open for up to 480 presentation slots available for you to share your aviation-related knowledge with the large number of enthusiasts who flock to the event.

The SUN ‘n FUN Educational Forums are held in the 12-16 air-conditioned Central Florida Aerospace Academy (CFAA) classrooms on James C. Ray Drive, on the southwest corner of the Expo grounds.

Some general info:

  • You provide the topic, which must be aviation-based and educational
  • The format is a 50-minute presentation with 5 minutes on each end to set up and close
  •  Presenters may not promote or sell any product or service during the presentation
  • Educational Forums cannot be used in place of purchasing an exhibit space – this is strictly an education opportunity for guests to enjoy

To register to present a forum visit the link below and complete the form. After submitting the form you will receive an email confirming your submission. If an email confirmation is not received, SUN ‘n FUN did not receive your submission. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders or try another browser or device to resubmit your registration. If those also fail, contact Laura Vaughn, Executive Director of Expo Operations. Her info can be found on the website.
