ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 345946N/1071920W OR THE ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ VORTAC 250 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.0 NAUTICAL MILES EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY, TELEPHONE 505-722-3614 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 505-222-3021, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
