The Experimental Aircraft Association has obtained an agreement
with the FAA that allows pilots of U.S. and non-U.S. surplus
military aircraft and certain turbine-powered experimental
amateur-built/experimental exhibition aircraft to operate beyond
the July 31 deadline for LOA's and LOOA's under certain
specific circumstances.
