ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OFANCHORAGE ARTCC (ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE FROM581609N 1342241W TO 581808N 1342213W TO 581654N 1341821W TOPOINT OF BEGINNING. STATE OF ALASKA, DOT TEL:(907)451-3047,IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. JUNEAU AFSS (JNU),TEL:(907)586-7382, IS THE FAA COORDINATING FACILITY.
