Samson Sky Soars Past Reservation Position #1,000

Switchblade Flying Sports Car Get A Lot Of Attention At AirVenture

At EAA AirVenture – the world’s largest aviation celebration - there was a noticeable air of excitement in the Samson Sky Pavilion, when the team reached Reservation Position #1,000.

“This is of course a huge milestone!” stated Samson Reservations Manager Martha Hall Bousfield. “We actually had 3 people Reserve within 5 minutes of each other, hoping to be the big 1000. As of this morning, we’re already at position #1014.” Bousfield added, “The hundreds and thousands of enthusiastic visitors to our Pavilion continue to prove out how the Switchblade truly is the world's most popular flying car.”

Samson reported that they now have Reservation Holders in 31 countries internationally, including 47 States in the U.S. The Switchblade is an experimental kit aircraft with a maximum airspeed of 165 knots with a range of 450 miles, and a maximum. driving speed of 125+ mph.
