North Carolina Flight School Approved For GI Bill Education Funding

US Department Of Veterans Affairs Approves FlyRight Training For GI Bill Education Benefits

Effective January 1, 2011, the US Department of Veterans Affairs has approved FlyRight pilot training for GI Bill Education Benefits. Veterans with GI Bill credits are now eligible to receive reimbursement for King Air Initial and Recurrent pilot training, and King Air training with an ATP add-on rating from FlyRight. FlyRight’s training is 100% full-motion, Level-C simulator based with experienced King Air instructors and check-airman on staff.

“FlyRight is honored to be able to offer veterans a great alternative for getting their King Air rating and also the ATP rating. FlyRight’s training is already a great value, but utilizing GI Bill benefits will open our full-motion simulator based training to veterans who might not have otherwise been able to get into a civilian flying job.” said FlyRight VP of Training, Tom Leahy.

FlyRight is an FAA-approved 142 Training Center located near Charlotte-Douglas Airport. Founded in 2003, FlyRight provides professional, simulator-based flight training to domestic and foreign pilots. Its management team has over 30 years of corporate and commercial training experience.
