Executive AirShare Takes Delivery Of 30th Embraer Phenom Aircraft

First Of Five Phenoms Ordered In 2015

A new Embraer Phenom 300 has been delivered to fractional aircraft provider Executive AirShare, the 30th Phenom to be added to the fleet. The delivery ceremony took place December 17 at Embraer’s headquarters in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

EAS was the first to operate both the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 under Part 135 and Part 91k operations. Today, Executive AirShare operates 50 aircraft in its fractional and managed aircraft fleet. EAS serves more than 230 customers in the Central US and Great Lakes regions.

This Phenom 300 is the final aircraft EAS will take delivery of out of Brazil; future deliveries will be taken from Embraer Executive Jets’ worldwide headquarters in Melbourne, FL.

“As a tribute to EAS’s partnership with Embraer over the last eight years, this aircraft bears a special livery to honor the country of Brazil and the people who have built Executive AirShare’s latest addition to our fleet of aircraft,” says Keith Plumb, Executive AirShare CEO. “We will fly it proudly.”

The Embraer-EAS partnership has grown substantially over the years, resulting in increased resources available to shareowners and pilots. Embraer designed the Phenom 100 and 300 to essentially function in the high-utilization environment similar to regional airlines. The Phenom 300’s 2,268sm maximum range works well for EAS’s market. Nonstop North American city-pair capabilities include: Houston to Cancun, Wichita to LA, Oklahoma City to NY, Dallas to Acapulco, and Kansas City to Grand Cayman. This Phenom 300 will be based in Houston. The General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) reported this fall that the Phenom 300 is now the most delivered aircraft. It offers industry-leading design, comfort, performance and reliability.

“The Phenom 300 has commercial aircraft DNA,” says Plumb. “It perfectly aligns with our vision and what is best for our shareowners – delivering optimal passenger capacity, range for typical trips and our own repair station that maintains the highest reliability and availability.”

Executive AirShare placed a new firm order for five Phenom 300s in 2015. The first has been received, this December delivery constitutes the second, and three remain. In addition, EAS has options for five more. These orders highlight EAS’s substantial investment with Embraer. EAS has added $96.1 million worth of aircraft in the last three years alone. In addition to its Embraer Phenom 100s and 300s, its fleet includes Learjet 45XRs, Cessna Citation CJ2+ and King Air 350s.
