Source: Phillip Storm, one of two young men who comprise Space Transportation Corp of rural Washington. Sunday, their dark horse X-Prize entrant, the Rubicon, blew up on the pad, taking their hopes of winning the $10 million cash award with it. Storm and his partner, Eric Meier, however, say they're undaunted. They plan to try again.
