PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO A NATURAL GAS RELEASE. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF CARLSBAD AIRPORT MANAGER ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 322204N/1041354W AND THE CARLSBAD /CNM/ VORTAC 349 DEGREE RADIAL AT 6.7 NAUTICAL MILES. JOHN HAAG 505-361-7701 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ AFSS 505-222-3020 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
