PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.145, MANAGEMENT OF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS IN THE VICINITY OF AERIAL DEMONSTRATIONS AND MAJOR SPORTING EVENTS, AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 3 NMR OF 335250N/1171534W OR THE PARADISE /PDZ/ VORTAC 084 DEGREE RADIAL AT 13.7 NM, FROM 13000 FEET MSL TO 17000 FEET MSL UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC.
