Hangar Break-In Caught On Security Video

Two Men Still At Large After Poking Around In A Private Hangar

Pine Shadows Air Park (94FL) resident Tony Greene has had some issues with people breaking into his hangar in the Lee County, FL neighborhood, and that prompted him to install security cameras in the building.

His efforts have paid off ... though not with an arrest so far. But the system did capture video of two people inside his hangar, one possibly with a beer, looking around but apparently not stealing anything or causing any damage.

But Greene told television station WINK if Fort Myers, FL that he is concerned that they may have tampered with something in the airplane.

Greene has been the target of thieves in the past. The station reports that a several items have been taken from his home over the years, including a truck and a motorcycle. Another neighbor also had his hangar broken into three weeks ago. His son's car was stored in the hangar.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to contact the Lee County, FL Sheriff's department.
