Solar Impulse 2 Lands In Lehigh Valley

Flight From Dayton Took Just Under 17 Hours

Bertrand Piccard landed Solar Impulse 2 (Si2) at Lehigh Valley International Airport, PA Wednesday night at 2049 EDT.

Solar Impulse 2 (Si2) is attempting to achieve the first ever Round-The-World Solar Flight using only solar energy to power the airplane. The goal of the project is to demonstrate how modern clean technologies can achieve the impossible.
