IFCA Announces Flying Cars About to Hit World Market

The World's First Viable Examples Are Set To Hit The Market This Week

The International Flying Car Association (IFCA) is aware of at least two major announcements that will introduce flying cars on the world stage. The newly-formed organization says strong interest from potential buyers and journalists is likely to follow.

"Governments around the world have begun changing the rules of the road - and the skies - to make way for these breakthroughs," said Winfield Keller, one of the founders and Vice President of IFCA. "While, in truth, flying cars and road-able aircraft have been around for many years, the recent developments of these two major companies have revolutionized the industry and led to the possibility of both companies announcing their vehicles to the public as early as today."

Although these companies serve different markets, they are both considered flying cars. The first vehicle is a road-able aircraft, primarily used as a small fixed/foldable wing plane which you can land and drive home. The second company's product is a vehicle that serves both purposes equally and allows owners to use it as their primary vehicle, whether driving or flying, or both.

These developments, in conjunction with advancements worldwide, have brought the flying car industry to a turning point. In anticipation, we are proud to announce the creation of the International Flying Car Association, the central resource center for information and communication between the flying car industry, news networks, governments, and those seeking further information worldwide.

Services provided by IFCA include, but are not limited to, a quarterly publication providing updates on the industry as well as surveys and forums that will allow those interested to be able to express their opinions and help influence the future as the industry develops.

"The necessity for vehicles that relieve the ever growing strain on our world's infrastructure and decrease demand for oil has these once exotic products becoming anessential element in the solution to our transportation needs," said Mark Levine, President and one of the founders of the International Flying Car Association. "This is not simply a part of the future of transportation. This is the future of transportation."

As the industry is in its formative stages, so is IFCA. We are currently in the process of preparing a central, unbiased resource for those seeking more information. Until completion, the organization invites interested parties to visit the suggested sites listed below for further information. (Image courtesy Terrafugia)
