NTSB Looking At Photo, Video Evidence In T-28 Accident

Open Panel Seen On Airplane Before It Went Down

The NTSB has obtained a photograph that appears to show an open inspection panel on the T-28 which went down during an air show in Martinsburg, WV, September 17th. Pilot John Mangan of Concord, NC, was fatally injured when the plane went down.
