The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program, as it stands right now,
is "unexecutable."
That word comes from the Government Accountability Office, the
investigative arm of Congress, which says development costs alone
shot up $10 billion over the past year -- $4.9 billion of that
spent correcting a weight problem.
