NTSB Prelim: North American B25N

Pilot Stated That He Was Concerned That They May Have Had A Fuel Pump Failure Or Something Similar

On September 19, 2020, about 1925 Pacific daylight time, a North American B25N, N7946C, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Stockton, California. One pilot and one passenger sustained serious injuries, and one pilot sustained minor injuries. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations 91 personal flight. The pilot reported that while enroute to their destination, fuel pressure for the left engine fluctuated, and the left engine briefly lost power before regaining power. Spanish Air Force Receives 1st NH90 For SAR Missions

Spanish Air Force Will Receive 12 NH90s To Replace Older AS332 Super Pumas

NHIndustries and its Partner Companies (Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo and Fokker) have delivered the first NH90 to the Spanish Air Force that will boost their SAR and combat search and rescue (CSAR) mission capabilities. The Spanish Air Force will receive 12 NH90s intended to replace its aging fleet of AS332 Super Pumas and will be based in Cuatro Vientos, near Madrid. Spain has ordered a total of 45 NH90s in the tactical transport version, to be operated by the three Armed Forces. 13 helicopters have already been delivered to the Spanish Army Airmobile Force (FAMET) for the Maneuver III Battalion in Agoncillo.
