A Pioneer In Flight Training, Dr. Gleim Was A Passionate Aviation Advocate

In 1980, Dr. Irvin N Gleim began self-publishing pilot training books. The dozens of titles, as well as Test Prep, audios, and Gleim Online courses, are widely used by pilots to pass FAA pilot knowledge tests and FAA practical (flight) tests all over the world and have had an immense impact on the aviation world. According to his obit, Dr. Gleim regretfully passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, with his family at his side at the age of 78.

When The Airplane Was At 720 Ft MSL, The Pilot Reported That He Was Attempting To Land In A Field

On June 21, 2021, about 0930 eastern daylight time, Cirrus Design Corporation SR22T, N333LZ, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Mercer, Tennessee.
