Thomas Mark Huey has reason to celebrate this week. The Contra
Costa Times reports the Federal Aviation Administration absolved
the 50-year-old pilot from wrongdoing in several alleged "buzzing"
incidents over a Concord, CA neighborhood in July.
While turbulent markets may make today seem like the wrong time
to buy an airplane, representatives with Diamond Aircraft believe
there has never been a better time to buy a Diamond DA40 XLS or
