Additional Town Hall Meetings To Be Held Throughout The Year
On January 23, NATA held the first in its series of 2018 Industry Town Hall meetings with Phoenix-area companies gathering at Cutter Aviation (PHX). NATA Executive Vice President and General Counsel Tim Obitts led a discussion covering a range of issues confronting the region’s aviation business community — including improving relationships with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the impact of tax reform on general aviation, and recruiting employees to address the pilot and maintenance tech shortage confronting the industry.
Chapter 534 In Central Florida Traveled To Orlando For Training
Fifteen members of the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 534 based at the Leesburg International Airport in Leesburg, Florida, experienced the sensations of virtual flight through the use of aircraft simulators at the SIMCOM Aviation Training Center in Orlando, Florida on Saturday January 27, 2018.
