Airborne 04.27.12: Eclipse Production Cert, HBC Layoffs, Trans-Global Pipistrel

Eclipse Aerospace has gotten the green light from the FAA for the production of its new model 550 VLJ. This week, Hawker Beechcraft sent out notices to an additional 350 Wichita employees, saying that it was making changes to previously planned production schedules and "resizing our workforce."
