Source: Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon, commenting on a vote this week to allow negotiation of terms for construction of a new terminal at Paine Field in Everett, WA with Allegiant Air and Horizon Air. The talks remove a barrier to the receipt of FAA funding to repair Paine's crumbling runways, and came over significant NIMBY objections.
