Yesterday we began to
translate the language of an airplane’s electrical system by
visualizing its components as parts of a water-flow system.
Wouldn’t it be great if there was some way to take that
"water" from its puddle on the ground and pump it back into the
tank?
Today the Spruce Goose, officially designated HK-1 for Hughes
Kaiser design number one, spends her days as the star attraction at
the Evergreen Aviation Museum in McMinnville, OR.

authority to promote the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air
traffic. Not an easy task at places like O’Hare and
Hartsfield!
