While at EAA AirVenture 2015, ANN News Editor, Tom Patton, delved into the issue of the Garmin Pilot app. He met up with the Director of Aviation Aftermarket Sales for Garmin, Jim Alpiser. Alpiser reminds Tom that the Garmin Pilot app is available for both iOS and android devices. During the discussion he gives an overview of the operation of the app and our videographer catches it all. He starts out by providing examples of flight planning and then moves to the map screen to demonstrate various functions.
