Company Says It Is The World’s First Super 35 Digital Film Camera Optimized For Professional Aerial Cinematography

What is being billed as the world’s first Super 35 digital film camera optimized for professional aerial cinematography has been unveiled by dronemaker DJI. The Zenmuse X7 is designed to work seamlessly with the DJI Inspire 2 drone and deliver superior image quality, interchangeable lenses, and a new DJI Cinema Color System for post-production to give film and video professionals more creative freedom.

Altavian Nova UAS Employed To Assist Clients In Mapping Roadways Impacted By Flooding

Michael Baker International has expanded its inspection services with the purchase of an Altavian Nova unmanned aircraft system (UAS). The new fixed-wing Altavian Nova joins the company's expanding UAS fleet, and offers a new tool for Michael Baker pilots to utilize when conducting aerial inspections and mapping of large sites or during inclement weather conditions.

First Prototype Equipped With A Cabin Interior And With A Configuration Closer To The Serial Definition

The third Airbus H160 prototype (PT3) performed its maiden flight at the company’s headquarters this afternoon. PT3, with its cabin interior configuration similar to that of a serial aircraft, will contribute to certification activities and flight testing to ensure the aircraft’s level of maturity ahead of entry into service in 2019.

Journey Covered 24,500 Nautical Miles, 28 Countries

Honda Aircraft Company customers Julian and Kim MacQueen returned to their home in Pensacola, Florida, completing their "Around the World in 80 Stays" journey in their HondaJet, covering 28 different countries. This marked the first around-the-world flight for HondaJet, demonstrating its capability, reliability and performance in a host of conditions around the globe. The trip covered 24,500 nautical miles, 44 airports and 80 flight hours.
