airRx Is The Only Smartphone App For Physicians Volunteering To Assist Fellow Travelers
A a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing emergency care on commercial airline flights, has launched airRx, which it describes as the only smartphone app developed to prepare and help physicians volunteering to assist fellow travelers experiencing medical emergencies while in flight.
The Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l has filed a grievance against Frontier Airlines that will lead to arbitration, demanding that the company negotiate new pay rates under an agreement reached in 2011 where Frontier pilots sacrificed $55 million in pay and benefits to save their airline.
